This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between CureLink Ltd ("CureLink," "we," or "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company Number: [Insert]), and any individual end user ("User") or any business or clinic ("Client") that accesses, uses, or registers for CureLink services. By accessing or using CureLink, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.
1. Definitions
1.1 "Services" refers to CureLink’s platform that connects individuals with private healthcare specialists for diagnostic or treatment purposes.
1.2 "User" refers to any individual seeking medical referrals through CureLink.
1.3 "Client" refers to a registered clinic, provider, or healthcare business using CureLink for lead generation or service promotion.
1.4 "Content" refers to text, graphics, data, and other materials displayed or submitted on CureLink.
1.5 "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions.
1.6 "B2B Services" refers to services delivered to clinics, healthcare partners, or advertisers.
1.7 "B2C Services" refers to services used by individual patients/end users.
2. Eligibility and Access
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use CureLink.
2.2 Clinics or businesses registering as Clients must provide accurate licensing and compliance documentation as requested.
2.3 CureLink reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate access at its discretion.
3. Scope of Services
3.1 For Users: CureLink connects you with vetted UK-based healthcare providers based on your request.
3.2 For Clinics: CureLink provides lead referrals based on matching algorithms, locality, availability, and specialty.
3.3 CureLink does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. CureLink is a lead generation and information platform only.
4. User Responsibilities (B2C)
4.1 Users are responsible for:
Providing accurate personal and medical information.
Attending appointments directly with referred clinics.
Paying service fees to clinics as agreed.
4.2 CureLink shall not be responsible for the outcome of any consultation, treatment, or diagnosis provided by a third-party clinic.
5. Client Responsibilities (B2B)
5.1 Clients are responsible for:
Honouring all appointments made via CureLink referrals.
Ensuring CQC compliance and accurate service listings.
Accepting leads in a timely, professional manner.
5.2 CureLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate B2B listings if users report misconduct or failure to deliver appropriate care.
5.3 Clients may not:
Solicit users outside of the CureLink platform.
Misrepresent qualifications, services, or prices.
6. Payments and Fees
6.1 CureLink may charge:
Referral fees (per-lead or monthly subscription) for clinics.
Optional convenience/processing fees for users.
6.2 All fees are in GBP. VAT may apply.
6.3 Payments are collected via Stripe and are subject to their terms.
6.4 CureLink is not responsible for payment disputes between users and clinics.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
7.1 CureLink owns all platform content and branding.
7.2 Clinics retain ownership of submitted bios, price lists, and media but grant CureLink a license to display them.
7.3 Users may not:
Copy, scrape, or reproduce CureLink content.
Use CureLink for any unlawful purposes.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 CureLink complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
8.2 Data is collected to:
Match users with clinics.
Improve platform functionality.
Communicate appointment or lead information.
8.3 We process data under the lawful basis of legitimate interest and consent.
8.4 Data may be shared with clinics upon user submission. We do not sell data.

9. Disclaimers
9.1 CureLink does not guarantee diagnosis, cure, or treatment outcomes.
9.2 We are not liable for:
Medical negligence by clinics.
Missed appointments.
User miscommunication or misuse.
9.3 Clinics and users are independently responsible for contractual obligations between each other.
10. Limitations of Liability
10.1 CureLink's total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement is limited to the total amount paid to us by the user or client in the preceding 6 months.
10.2 We do not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Cancellation and Termination
11.1 Users may cancel submissions at any time before appointment confirmation.
11.2 Clinics may pause listings with 7 days' notice.
11.3 CureLink may suspend accounts for breach of terms.
12. Updates to Terms
12.1 These terms may be updated at any time. Notice will be provided via the platform or email.
12.2 Continued use after updates constitutes agreement.
13. Governing Law
13.1 Integration. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the Parties related 13.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
